Death of a Blog? or 247 recording sessions in 151 days. (March 8, 2008)

Posted by sergei in Untagged

Well... On October 9 of 2007 my blog died. As little time as it takes to update the blog, I found myself having less and less of it. I feel very guilty to my reader (or dare I say "readers"?), and my consciousness has been eating me ever since. I'm sure my blog was missed terribly, and here I'm putting it into intensive care for a possible resurrection.

In the meantime (and indeed the time has been mean!) it is exactly 151 days since the last entry (if curious how I got the number, look here: http://www.timeanddate.com/date/duration.html )

The amount of recording sessions that I did during those days is staggering. To list all of them at once would mean losing another day or two, so I won't.

At least 3 commercial CDs got finished, at least 8 commercial CDs were recorded, dozens of student concerts at MSU and elsewhere were recorded, Christmas was simply a blur, there was something that I’m forgetting at the moment, and… OH YES… I recorded my own CD, which is of course going to be “the most beautiful piano CD ever made”, when, or, most likely, IF I’m ever going to be done with it…

Check back, there might be an update tomorrow!
